Mission

It is the mission of the PMATVC to provide a place where folks who enjoy motorized outdoor activities can come together and form a union of like minded individuals who want to further the opportunities for off road recreation.  At the same time we feel we can be a benefit to the community by protecting landowners from illegal riding on their property.  At the same time hoping to acquire access to their land by being responsive to the needs and desires of said landowners.  Many of us know how landowners feel about hunting.  They really don't mind as long as people ask.  Why would anyone feel that they could just ride an ATV anywhere they want. If we work together as a group I know we can start to change the publics perception of ATV riders from bad to good.  This is what we must do if we are going to keep the riding areas we already have and establish new ones.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Forget all of the stuff listed above, while we will still respect all landowner rights we have now taken a new direction with the club. We are now a social club!  The main focus of this organization will be to make new friends and have a good time. We are tired of kissing Butt and geting nothing in return. We will travel where neccesary and spend our money where it is appreciated!!! DCNR & PGC can continue to arrest the scofflaws. We have no desire to ride with one eye on the trail and one looking over our shoulders.

                           FREEDOM OF THE PRESS

"It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who has given us the freedom to demonstrate. It is the soldier, who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protester to burn the flag."
